Initially, both Roni Hicks and Chief Ingredient shared Newland Communities as a direct client. Although it wasn’t a hindrance for overall project completion it required Newland’s various marketing managers and regional VPs to work with two separate companies in two separate silos of communication and project management.

Solution: Getting a Little Help from Our Friends

The solution was one originally proposed by the client: Empower Roni Hicks to manage the marketing managers and VPs and unite the traditional marketing projects with the online projects. Chief Ingredient and Roni Hicks blended their skill sets to create the perfect offering for Newland Communities – the communication lines were opened and it lead to projects being finished more quickly along with a time-savings for the client, as they no longer have to work with two separate project managers for blending the offline and online initiatives.
